EQUAL CPA Score 2022: a tool to measure guideline adherence for chronic pulmonary aspergillosis

The ECMM developed a new EQUAL Score for the optimal management of Chronic Pulmonary Aspergillosis (CPA). CPA is a widely underdiagnosed infection that is mainly affecting individuals with pulmonary conditions. The score card summarizes diagnostic and therapeutic approaches as well as follow-up procedures based on current guidance documents. In addition, it can be used to measure guideline adherence for self-evaluation and as a basis for clinical studies.
