Invitation to Contribute Cases – Chronic Disseminated Candidiasis / Hepatosplenic Candidiasis

Dear colleagues,

We invite you to participate in a multicentre retrospective study on Chronic Disseminated Candidiasis (CDC) / Hepatosplenic Candidiasis (HSC) in the era of azole prophylaxis. The study aims to strengthen evidence for long-term antifungal treatment options, analyze treatment adaptations, and evaluate imaging modalities supporting therapy decisions. For further details on the planned objectives, please see the attached file.

If you or your team have managed patients with CDC/HSC (diagnosed later than 2007), we warmly encourage you to share your experience by a contribution of a case. Contributors will be acknowledged and considered for co-authorship in the planned joint publication by the beginning of 2026.
