The Gilead Research Scholars Program for Anti-Fungals: Now accepting applications!

Gilead’s Research Scholars Program supports innovative research from emerging investigators around the world to advance scientific knowledge in areas of unmet medical needs and improve the lives of patients everywhere.
The Research Scholars Program for anti-fungals is currently accepting applications from early-career scientists to support basic and clinical research in the field of anti-fungals, including fungal biology, medical mycology, and other translational research related to fungal diseases.
Applications will be reviewed and selected by an independent Scientific Review Committee comprised of internationally recognized experts in basic and clinical research in the field of anti-fungals.
Junior faculty and early-career scientists from Europe, Middle East, Australia, Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea) as well as Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Colombia) are eligible to apply.
Each award is funded up to $130,000 for two years, to be paid in annual installments of up to $65,000 per year.
Awards are subject to separate terms and conditions.
