VACCELERATE Study Nurse Course

What is the Study Nurse Course about?
The course is designed for study/research nurses and will provide the needed expertise to conduct a clinical trial in line with the ICH GCP guidelines. Next to the regulatory background, the course also tackles and trains practical aspects necessary for the daily work of a study nurse. A well-trained trial centre is essential for the success of a clinical trial.
The Study Nurse Course is part of the European trial site capacity building in VACCELERATE, funded by the European Union’s horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 101037867.
The Study Nurse Online Course consists of three modules with 7 lectures each. The content is deepened by practical exercises. It is available at any time on an online platform, the language is English.
The total duration of the complete course (consisting of three modules) will provide learning material of about 30 hours (Module I: 9.5 hours). After each module, a certificate of completion can be downloaded.

How to take the course:
Following registration, the participant will receive a link to start the course via e-mail. The participant has 3 days to log-in and start with a short introductory session, after which he/she has 3 weeks to complete the learning material and then 4 days to take the Module I test.
