David Chandler

David Chandler is a Consultant Dermatologist at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, and an Honorary Research Fellow in the Department of Global Health & Infection at Brighton and Sussex Medical School. His interest is in fungal infections of the skin, particularly the tropical mycoses such as mycetoma, and he has worked in many countries in Africa, India and Latin America. In the UK (National Health Service) he runs a specialist skin infection clinic. He is a member of the British Society for Medical Mycology (BSMM) and the Global Mycetoma Working Group.
