Postdoctoral researcher in Dr. Cristina Cunha’s group at the Life and Health Sciences Research Institute, University of Minho. Current research applies multi-omics approaches to understand host-fungus-microbiota interactions to unravel the clinical impact of host-microbe dynamics in life-threatening mycoses. Aims to link clinical phenotyping with molecular and genetic signatures to support personalized diagnosis and treatment strategies.
