Objectives:
Assessment of the
 Efficacy of antifungal treatment in patients with IA
 Clinical significance of azole resistance compared to azole susceptibility ininvasive aspergillosis

Inclusion criteria:
 Hematologic underlying disease
 Azole susceptible or azole resistant invasive aspergillosis caused by Aspergillus fumigatus Proven or probable EORTC/MSG criteria
 Clinical isolate and/ or in vitro susceptibility to triazoles is determined
